Using subtables in Modern Forms

With Release 2024.4 (STS), users can now use subtables in Modern Forms. Other new elements of the Modern Forms, such as IFrame and Link, make using JobRouter® even more intuitive. To make the contents of invoices in XRechnung format easier to read, the translated invoice codes will from now on be printed on the PDF. With JobMail, e-mail can still be sent via Google, as the mandatory OAuth procedure is supported. Digital document folders can be automatically unlocked after a set period of time if the user has not completed the signature process.

Following the introduction of Modern Forms with Release 2024.1 (LTS), the range of functions has been further expanded. All elements of the modern form designer are now available to process designers and users as subtable elements. These are responsive on all devices. Pagination helps users to find their way around many entries. By using the full-text search or sorting several columns, users can quickly find the desired result.
The link element makes it possible to use links as form elements. These can be clicked on in the form by the user. With the IFrame element, web content can also be integrated into the IFrame via the link. In this way, the respective website is displayed at the desired position in the dialog.

Reading the XRechnung is made even easier by converting the invoice codes. For example, the code for commercial invoices is 380 and is converted as “Commercial Invoice”. Both pieces of information are printed on the PDF that is used by JobRouter® to visualize the XRechnung.

This is why process designers can use the “Wait for signature” function to specify a period of time after which a locked Envelope is automatically unlocked. Assignment to another person is then possible via the standard process design. The signature process can then be initiated again. This means that the digital signature folder can be signed quickly and easily despite unforeseen obstacles.
